FULL DESCRIPTION OF TRAINING CONTENTS IN THE LANGUAGE OF THE TRAINING (DE):
Preparation
Die Teilnehmer sammeln Fragen zum interkulturellen Projektmanagement aus ihrem beruflichen Kontext und stellen die Fragen im Seminar vor. Die Teilnehmer bekommen Literaturempfehlungen und Informationsmaterial zum Projektmanagement und zur interkulutellen Kommunation vom Veranstalter zugeschickt.
Objektives
Der Kurs – Projektmanagement für interkulturelle Austauschprojekte in Europa – zielt darauf ab, bei den Teilnehmern das Verständnis der Entwicklung, Planung, Ausführung und Verwaltung von europäischen Projekten zu erweitern.
Die Teilnehmer bekommen einen Überbilck über die relevanten europäischen Förderprogramme und über relevante Informationsquellen und hilfreiche Indikatoren zur Analyse der Informationen.

– Partnerrrollen im Projektmanagement
– Projekt Finanzmanagement
– Überwachung des Projektfortschrits
– Projektverbreitungs- und Evaluierungsstrategien
– Problemlösungs- und Problemvermeidungsstrategien
– interkulturelle Kommunikationsstrategien
Methodology
Der Kurs dauert 48 Stunden und besteht aus theoretischen und praktischen Tätigkeiten. Die Methodik basiert auf Integration von Theorie und Praxis sowie Austausch von Fachwissen und Analyse von Fallstudien.
Die folgenden Methoden werden angewendet:
– Plenum
– Diskussionen in Paaren und kleinen Gruppen
– Rollenspiele
– interaktive Poster- Sessions
– Workshops
Follow-up
Nach dem Kurs werden die Kursteilnehmer ihre Projektmanagementerfahrungen im Internet auf einer neu eingerichteten Platform austauschen. Die internationalen Trainer aus Mitteleuropa (Deutschland), aus Südeuropa (Portugal), und aus Osteuropa (Polen), und stehen selbstverständlich für alle Fragen und Hilfestellung nach dem Kurs zur Verfügung.

Preparation
All participants have to work out questions in the intercultural Project Management to discuss them within the Training Group. Participants will receive Basic informations on Project Management and intercultural communication before the course.
Objectives
The Training course Project management for cros- cultural exchange projects in Europe aims to expand the participants´understanding of executing, developing, planning and Managing European Projects. It will include:
– an owerview of the relevant European funded programs
– sources of Information and helpful indicators to analyze the Information about Project planning, development and Management
– Partner search strategies
– Partner roles in Project Management
– Project financial Management
– Monitoring of Project
– Evaluation, Dissemination and valorization strategies
– common Problems and how to avoid them
– intercultural communication strategies
Methodology
The course lasts 48 hours and will consist of theoretical and practical actvities. The methodology will be based on Integration of theory and practice as well as sharing expertices and analyzing case studies. The following methods will be applied:

Follow-up
After the course the participants will Exchange their Project Management experience on the course platform as well ask questions they are interested in. The international instructions from different EU countries will also be available after the course to provide individual assistance.
